What you will do

• Manage the Telegram channel, publishing updates, announcements, and curated content.
• Prepare copy and visual assets in line with brand guidelines and maintain the content calendar.
• Coordinate internal campaigns and content activities with Product and CRM teams.
• Manage and maintain automated communication flows using SendPulse.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on channel performance and content effectiveness, and contribute insights to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM, CRM, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Telegram tools (channels, chat bots, admin panel).
• Experience with SendPulse or similar platforms.
• English proficiency (B1 level or higher).

Nice to have

• iGaming experience.
• Knowledge of Russian.
