What you will do

• Provide front-line support for technical system setups and client on-boarding processes.
• Support clients in creating system configurations for processing and review scope documents.
• Assist in validating data mapping and perform manual field-level verifications.
• Build knowledge of First Occurrence testing (e.g., statement drops, loyalty updates) and document results.
• Resolve issues through root cause analysis and escalate when necessary.
• Educate clients on system functionality and assist with the transition to long-term daily support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience is preferred, especially in business, information systems, or a finance-related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage priorities and multitask effectively in a matrix-managed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and negotiate to achieve consensus within given timeframes.
