What you will do
- Align global Aftersales Service processes with enterprise architecture and ERP setup.
- Define, harmonize, and maintain global ERP service processes, SOPs, and KPIs.
- Act as a key interface between service operations and various functions (Finance, Engineering, SCM, SAP/IT).
- Contribute functional expertise to SAP and IT projects to improve efficiency and support business model changes.
- Support new product/channel development by deriving ERP system changes.
- Lead a global community of regional and local key users and process owners, driving documentation, standardization, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of combined business and IT experience in translating business needs into ERP-supported processes.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environment.
- Strong background in change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution.
- English: C1 required
Nice to have
- Project management qualification or experience.
- Additional language skills (German and/or Spanish).
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce.com, or reporting solutions.
