What you will do

• Drive technical integration discussions with partners from concept design to operational delivery.
• Engage in pre-sales activities with the sales team and propose solutions for partner requirements.
• Conduct workshops and presentations on hirify.global’ API solutions for technical teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot highly complex technical integration problems.
• Collaborate with Level 1/2 support teams on complex issues with top partners.
• Perform Quality Assurance tests on API/websites prior to implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar capacity within the travel industry or with relevant experience.
• Ability to deliver high quality and workable solutions for technical issues.
• Good coding skills in at least one server-side programming language and SQL / non-SQL databases.
• Experience in Restful API principles.
• Familiarity with web-based and mobile-based product development and high-volume website architecture.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce and/or the travel industry.
• Knowledge in systems design.
• Pre-sales experience, working with sales and business partners.
