What you will do

• Own a book of business, routinely managing assigned accounts, solving issues, and handling invoices.
• Establish credibility and trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding clinical workflows.
• Clearly articulate product value propositions to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and educate on product workflows.
• Capture feedback from prospects on their needs and pains, and share it with product teams to develop offerings.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute various trials and initiatives with existing customers.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Relationship management experience is strongly preferred.
