Farom Studio is looking for a Render Programmer to join a team of 50+ specialists working on action-oriented projects for PC, VR, and consoles. The role focuses on developing and optimizing rendering systems in Unreal Engine, ensuring high visual quality and stable performance across target platforms. You will work closely with art, tech art, and gameplay teams in a flexible and low-bureaucracy environment.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain rendering features in Unreal Engine
• Optimize rendering performance and memory usage on CPU and GPU
• Work with Unreal Engine rendering pipeline including Deferred Rendering, Lumen, and Nanite
• Develop and optimize shaders, materials, and post-processing effects
• Collaborate closely with art, tech art, and gameplay teams
• Ensure visual quality and performance on PC and console platforms

📚 Required Skills
• Commercial experience with Unreal Engine UE4 or UE5
• Strong knowledge of C++
• Solid understanding of real-time rendering principles
• Experience with shader development using HLSL
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization
• Ability to work with complex rendering systems

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with Nanite, Lumen, and Virtual Shadow Maps
• Experience with custom rendering features or Unreal Engine RHI
• Console development experience on PlayStation or Xbox
• Experience with realistic or stylized rendering pipelines
