What you will do

• Partner with business teams to understand metrics, reporting needs, and data challenges.
• Analyze datasets to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect to multiple data sources and perform data modeling within Power BI.
• Own analytics solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Present insights and dashboards in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report development).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
