Location: Focusing on Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a 12-month contract role.

What you will do

• Lead the growth and engagement of the Education Community program and Teachers online group, leveraging deep local cultural understanding.
• Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, including meet-ups, workshops, and participation in local education conferences.
• Create and deliver culturally relevant educational content that aligns with marketing goals.
• Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns.
• Cultivate and expand the hirify.globalssador community and collaborate with local partners and organizations.
• Grow the active user base and increase awareness of hirify.global for Education through data-driven marketing and competitive benchmarking.

Requirements

• Deep experience in community management with a proven track record of growing and engaging thriving communities.
• Experience in senior marketing roles, particularly in education or edtech.
• Proficiency with community management tools (hirify.global, Facebook Groups, Discord, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Monday.com, Google Suite, Looker).
• Experience in event planning (online/offline), confident public speaking, and content creation (video editing, social platforms).
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights and excellent at cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
