What you will do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
• Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including events, promotions, and bespoke rewards.
• Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity to identify engagement and retention opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or related industry is a plus.
