What you will do

• Create technical designs and resolve architectural dependencies.
• Lead design discussions, ensuring adherence to UI/UX principles.
• Drive DevOps mindset, automation, and security best practices.
• Collaborate on deployment/release strategies and support backlog prioritization.
• Develop resilient cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and cloud design patterns.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering continuous learning and a high-quality culture.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6/7/8/next, TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and DOM.
• Expertise in React, MicroFrontends, and Microservices architecture.
• Deep expertise in cloud design, infrastructure as code, and AWS services.
• Experience with CI/CD (preferably Gitlab CI) and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and UI/UX design principles.

Nice to have

• Good experience in Java, Spring.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with UX concepts such as Information Architecture.
