What you will do

• Identify fraud patterns through continuous data analysis and review of incidents.
• Develop efficient rules that balance fraud reduction and conversion rate maintenance.
• Collaborate with the data science team to improve and create new features and machine learning model rules.
• Set appropriate thresholds for transactional scoring systems.
• Analyze new databases to enhance data quality and relevance.
• Manage KPIs for key clients and major industries, meeting with fraud teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead and participate in cross-team projects to improve scalability, develop automations, and enhance AI capabilities in fraud.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fraud prevention or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in handling large databases; SQL is a must.
• Strong analytical skills for discovering patterns and making data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience with data management tools such as AWS Sagemaker, Athena, or Quicksight.
