Technical Support L1 SaaS Representative (English)
📍 South America | English C1
Responsibilities:
• Ticket-based support via helpdesk and Slack (no phone calls), SLA-driven
• Processing client requests in English and collecting required information
• Monitoring service status
• Independent issue resolution using knowledge bases
• Escalation of issues beyond L1
• Collaboration with support teams via Slack and Jira
Requirements:
• Customer service experience (FinTech preferred)
• Forex / Crypto background (trading or broker experience)
• Grafana or Datadog
• DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, VPN
• CRM experience
• English C1
Nice to have: • Forex / crypto experience
• Zendesk, Jira, Confluence
