Responsibilities:
β’ Ticket-based support via helpdesk and Slack (no phone calls), SLA-driven
β’ Processing client requests in English and collecting required information
β’ Monitoring service status
β’ Independent issue resolution using knowledge bases
β’ Escalation of issues beyond L1
β’ Collaboration with support teams via Slack and Jira
Requirements:
β’ Customer service experience (FinTech preferred)
β’ Forex / Crypto background (trading or broker experience)
β’ Grafana or Datadog
β’ DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, VPN
β’ CRM experience
β’ English C1
Nice to have: β’ Forex / crypto experience
