What you will do

• Translate business data requirements into actionable technical specifications in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Develop comprehensive data analytics solutions and incorporate self-service functionalities.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor data flows and pipelines in Databricks under a Unity Catalog model.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Coach and mentor other team members in collaboration with the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
• 4+ years of experience in reporting, BI, or other quantitative roles.
• Exceptional coding skills in SQL and Python.
• Proficient in Power BI or other dashboarding tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of designing and using data models.
• Experience with Jira and Scrum methodology.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Build Tools (dbt).
• Experience working with Databricks and Genie.
