• Participate in stakeholder discussions and make architectural decisions.
• Shape engineering culture within your team by improving observability and mentoring juniors.
• Work in a polyglot stack using Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go.
• Explore cutting-edge tech like event sourcing, generative AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, cloud, and data engineers in a multidisciplinary squad.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (plus optionally TypeScript/Go)
• Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture is a plus
• Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and clean coding is a big plus
• Curious mindset, proactive communication, and ambition to grow into a senior/lead role
• A technical BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent thinking level)
