- Participate in stakeholder discussions and make architectural decisions.
- Shape engineering culture within your team by improving observability and mentoring juniors.

- Explore cutting-edge tech like event sourcing, generative AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, cloud, and data engineers in a multidisciplinary squad.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (plus optionally TypeScript/Go)
- Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture is a plus
- Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and clean coding is a big plus
- Curious mindset, proactive communication, and ambition to grow into a senior/lead role
- A technical BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent thinking level)
