What you will do

• Contribute to long-term greenfield projects, influencing architecture and driving delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad of backend, frontend, cloud, and data engineers.
• Navigate stakeholder discussions and shape engineering culture within the team.
• Improve observability, mentor junior engineers, and propose new approaches in design sessions.
• Work in a polyglot stack using Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go.
• Explore cutting-edge tech like event sourcing, generative AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (plus optionally TypeScript/Go).
• Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture is a plus.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and clean coding is a big plus.
• Curious mindset, proactive communication, and ambition to grow into a senior/lead role.
• A technical BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent thinking level).
