Location: Multiple locations in the United States. MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) of that location.

Salary: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $274,800 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is USD $158,400 – $304,200 per year.

• Stay ahead of the latest innovations in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR Master’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 9+ years related experience OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in large-scale production environments.
• 4+ years of experience building data pipelines, training deep learning models, and optimizing AI workflows.
