• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance.
• Architect and develop distributed systems.
• Provide technical structure and define strategic roadmaps with management.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and train other team members.
• Design and implement foundational APIs for LLMs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
• US work authorization required (implied by E-Verify, 401k, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience getting LLM-based applications to production.
• Experience in Customer Support, Compliance, or Financial Crimes domains.
