What you will do
- Conduct performance testing and in-depth analysis to identify bottlenecks in Java/WebLogic applications.
- Design and implement performance optimization strategies to improve speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and architects to introduce performance enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics using dedicated monitoring tools.
- Proactively and reactively identify performance issues, troubleshoot root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards in application performance engineering.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Experience with application performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., AppDynamics).
- Practical experience in monitoring and optimizing WebLogic-based applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
