What you will do

• Conduct performance testing and in-depth analysis to identify bottlenecks in Java/WebLogic applications.
• Design and implement performance optimization strategies to improve speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and architects to introduce performance enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics using dedicated monitoring tools.
• Proactively and reactively identify performance issues, troubleshoot root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards in application performance engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Experience with application performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., AppDynamics).
• Practical experience in monitoring and optimizing WebLogic-based applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
