What you will do

• Lead the product strategy for our real estate vertical, focusing on increasing AUM and user retention.
• Localize and launch real estate products across various geographies, navigating different legal frameworks and investor requirements.
• Enhance the end-to-end experience, including property discovery, investment flows, portfolio tracking, and secondary market liquidity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to digitize complex asset-backed workflows.
• Monitor investment patterns and user behavior to optimize conversion funnels and product-market fit in new territories.
• Align technical roadmaps with commercial targets, ensuring the product supports both retail demand and asset supply.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
• Demonstrated success in shipping customer-facing B2C products.
• Strong preference for experience in digital banking environments, payments, cards, or user wallets.
• Strong familiarity with Agile product development processes.
• Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
