Location: Hybrid, must be based in or near Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Configure and manage non-partnered events, ensuring all event details (titles, dates, locations, categories, pricing, images) are correct.
  • Monitor events throughout their lifecycle and act quickly when changes or cancellations occur, ensuring users are informed clearly and on time.
  • Support the Customer Experience team by helping resolve ticket-related issues and edge cases for fans.
  • Ensure users can only upload valid tickets to the correct events and categories.
  • Assist with aftersales issues when tickets don’t work or problems arise at the event itself.
  • Identify suspicious activity and help safeguard the platform against fraud.
  • Continuously improve operational processes by spotting patterns, flagging issues, and challenging how things are done today.

Requirements

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy bringing structure and accuracy to your work.
  • You already have some experience working in an office environment.
  • You’re comfortable working with data and using it to investigate and solve problems.
  • You can prioritise well and switch between tasks without losing focus.
  • You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
  • You’re available for 24 hours per week, based in or near Amsterdam, and can work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10:00–18:00) each week.
  • You care about fairness, transparency, and making the ticket market better for fans.

  • Any additional languages are a plus.
