What you will do
- Proactively engage with customers using an engagement model and document their business flows and use-cases.
- Showcase product demos and develop solutions for business use cases using deep product knowledge.
- Align with key customer stakeholders to establish strong customer relationship management programs.
- Evaluate customer investment in hirify.global product suite, identify efficiency gains, and promote new innovations.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, support) to address customer issues.
- Own and drive key metrics related to product adoption and customer retention.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, with the majority in Customer Success or retention.
- Proven track record of establishing yourself as a strategic trusted advisor to clients.
- Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to diverse audiences.
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills (ESSENTIAL).
- Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success for both large and small clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science + Business Education preferred.
