What you will do

• Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics.
• Work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for a range of audiences.
• Participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices.
• Improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows.
• Stay informed about industry trends in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub).
• Experience with the docs-as-code workflow.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to use AI/ML tools.
• English: B2+ level required.
