What you will do

• Work with the Product Development team to deliver outstanding technology and services.
• Architect, implement, optimize, and maintain frontend applications and underlying frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and set company standards.
• Develop new features, considering UI/UX and improving the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to envision and create new customer value.
• Contribute to overall developer experience, code quality, and engineering vision.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering expertise (5+ years) in architecting, developing, and delivering modern web front-ends.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience writing front-end code with TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS, CSS, and HTML.
• Profound experience with React, reactive state management systems, and core web technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI-assisted development technologies and web security best practices.
• Good understanding of build tools (webpack, turbopack), Unit- and Integration-Testing (e.g., Cypress, Jest), and SCM (GitHub).
• Excellent communication skills and an outstanding work ethic.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge about UI/UX concepts, color models, and web design.
• Experience with A/B-Testing and working with feature-toggles.
