• Develop static and video creatives for performance marketing.
• Use AI tools for idea generation and creation of creatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and find new visual approaches to improve metrics.

Requirements

• Knowledge of design principles and rules of visual communication.
• Proficiency in Motion Design (After Effects, CapCut).
• Proficiency in Graphic Design (Figma).
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes.
• Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, lemonslice, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Understanding of performance marketing principles.
