What you will do

• Coordinate and execute software and infrastructure releases.
• Provide timely release status updates and facilitate related meetings.
• Manage and validate release schedules, runbooks, and tracking artifacts.
• Trigger, monitor, and verify automated deployments, escalating issues.
• Conduct post-release health checks, smoke tests, and incident triaging.
• Maintain and enforce release policies, metrics collection, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a release operations role within a large multinational organization.
• Experience with release management tools (JIRA, Portfolio, Confluence) and agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Good experience with deployment tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in speaking and writing English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in the gametech industry.
• ITIL certification.
