What you will do
- Prepare and manage employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including amendments, role changes, and promotions.
- Coordinate onboarding plans with hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication with new hires.
- Guide employees through offboarding procedures, preparing necessary documentation and deactivating benefits.
- Conduct HR interviews, prepare and track job offers, ensuring accuracy of employment terms, compensation, and benefits.
- Support employer branding and external HR initiatives, contributing to a positive and professional employee experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Estonian labor law.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
