What you will do
- Maintain and improve accuracy of core HR data and continuously run data validation checks across systems.
- Design, build, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for key people metrics (e.g., headcount, hiring, turnover).
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests by scoping questions and providing clear, structured outputs.
- Support testing and validation for new HRIS integrations, fields, and processes.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on HR data and reporting for HRBPs, Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders.
- Help implement and monitor data governance standards and support audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in an HR analytics, HRIS, people reporting, or data analyst role.
- Hands-on experience working with at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleansing).
- Experience building reports or dashboards in a BI/visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated track record of improving data quality and solving complex data issues across multiple systems.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Must be based in Bangalore for hybrid work (3-4 days a week in office).
