What you will do

• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance, focusing on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control, and logistics.
• Assist in launching and expanding merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating across various teams.
• Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
• Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses, and sales dashboards.
• Assist in redesigning and optimizing merchandising workflows, automating inventory, logistics, and reporting processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions and improvements.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, retail, or merchandising.
• Experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs.
• Experience with ERP systems, POS tools, or logistics/stock management software.
