What you will do

• Design and implement advanced visual systems enhancing player experience in Call of Duty titles.
• Research and develop new rendering and simulation techniques for AAA game visuals and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and content creators on technical design and feature rollout.
• Support memory budgeting, performance analysis, and optimization efforts.
• Review and mentor other engineers to achieve broader development goals.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years of video game graphics or engine development experience.
• Must be located in the United States (Santa Monica, California) and able to work remotely.
• Proven experience contributing to two or more shipped games.
• Strong C++ programming skills and knowledge of shading languages such as HLSL.
• Excellent debugging, performance analysis, and threaded systems architecture skills.
• Strong 3D math and algebra skills with ability to work independently under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
• Experience with bespoke internal game engines and asset pipelines.
• Knowledge of game physics and simulation techniques.
• Multi-platform development experience including PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch.
• Experience working with and extending established code bases.
