What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members.
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and database integrations with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders and participate in Agile development processes.
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong development experience with .NET Core (4–6 years), Angular (6+ years), and Microsoft SQL Server (6+ years).
• Proven ability to work on complex, large-scale software initiatives.
• Experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers.
• Work format: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Cloud exposure (Azure or AWS).
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and UI best practices.
