Location: 100% remote from various countries in South America (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Peru). Working times: Roughly 9 AM - 6 PM GMT-3 (adjustable based on your location).

What you will do

• Actively monitor and troubleshoot automated playtests to ensure on-time delivery of results.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of remote mobile playtesting for custom projects, including scoping, quoting, setup, and delivering insightful results.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for North American clients, offering timely communication and tailored support.
• Coordinate playtests and troubleshoot issues with the Research Operations team while working asynchronously across time zones.
• Utilize in-house and external software (Asana, Front, Slack, Heroku, Player Insights Platform) to facilitate playtesting and client communication.
• Document and regularly update information for current projects and maintain the internal help center.

Requirements

• Professional experience: 3+ years in the gaming industry, working closely with research or development, or in SaaS platforms or agency work.
• English skills: Near native spoken and written English skills.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously.
• Customer-focused with experience communicating closely with clients and providing confident consultation.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities for managing multiple projects with short deadlines.
• Technically-minded, able to quickly learn and apply complex software; familiarity with Looker Studio, Logic Pro X, Unity, Tableau, Ableton, Premiere Pro, or SQL is ideal.
• Working times: Roughly 9 AM - 6 PM GMT-3 (adjustable based on your location), with a one-hour lunch break.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and/or the field of Games User Research, especially coordinating or moderating playtest studies.
• Experience in research methods or with User Research (HCI or Human Factors).
