What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of AI, GenAI, and agentic AI initiatives, from discovery through rollout.
• Translate business problems into clear technical requirements and roadmaps for engineering and data teams.
• Drive the design and integration of multi-agent AI workflows into existing production pipelines and tools.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams, including software, data, infra, and production.
• Define and track success metrics for AI initiatives, iterating based on data and user feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project or program management, with at least 5 years leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering software, data, or platform projects in gaming, media, or complex tech environments.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML, GenAI, or intelligent automation projects.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong command of Agile project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in AAA or AA game development, game tools, or digital content pipelines.
• Prior work with cloud platforms, data platforms, and CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with change-management and rollout for global organizations, including training plans and playbooks.
• Passion for games and curiosity about how AI can augment creative and engineering workflows.
