Salary: €5,600 – €8,700 gross per month

• Take responsibility for the success of critical company projects.
• Solve complex challenges with simple solutions, particularly where business problems and technology strategies are not well-defined.
• Be a hands-on contributor, delivering code that demonstrates best practices and sets a high-quality standard.
• Influence strategic tech decisions in collaboration with Principal Engineers and tech leaders.
• Evolve engineering practices using data insights and industry knowledge.
• Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to solve problems in code using data structures and algorithms.
• Proven ability to document and communicate technical decisions to a diverse audience.
• Professional experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience growing peer engineers through mentorship and guidance.
• Ability to work with ambiguous problems and lead others through ambiguous situations.
