What you will do

• Provide strategic direction, transforming business challenges into creative opportunities with commercial impact.
• Write clear creative propositions and compelling briefs to inspire high-quality creative work.
• Act as a trusted creative partner, shaping ideas and providing strategic input throughout development.
• Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies.
• Ensure strategic quality across accounts, applying structured thinking to complex challenges.
• Play an active role in account growth and financial success, identifying opportunities for organic growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic planning/brand strategy experience, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Proven track record of developing strategies that delivered creative excellence and commercial results.
• Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of consumer insights and brand building.
• Confident with research (qual & quant) and able to interpret and use it effectively.
• Understanding of digital, social, CRM, and emerging channels.
• Highly persuasive in written and verbal communication, able to influence and convince.
