Focus on guiding customers through insight discovery, measurement, and optimization while collaborating closely with UX Design and Strategy Consultants.

Location: Remote (US only)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 a year

What you will do

• Take full ownership of analytics-focused professional services engagements, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
• Analyze digital behavior and experience data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships by deeply understanding business objectives, KPIs, and data needs.
• Translate complex behavioral data into practical, prioritized actions aligned to business goals.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support experimentation and optimization initiatives by developing hypotheses and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics, data analysis, or analytics consulting in a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with digital analytics, behavioral data, or experimentation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities independently.
• 1-2 years of experience querying databases using SQL.

Nice to have

• Python, BI tools, or data infrastructure experience.
