is a leading trading platform expanding globally, launching a crypto spot exchange and custodial services regulated by CySEC under the EU MiCAR framework.
What you will do
- Oversee the entire compliance landscape including licensing, client asset protection, complaints handling, and conflict of interest management.
- Serve as the dedicated AMLCO, leading the fight against financial crime for Capital Vault.
- Ensure operation within regulatory frameworks, build trust with stakeholders, and scale sustainably.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to embed compliance into the core of the business.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and functionally to the Group Head of Compliance.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially EU MiCAR and CySEC.
- Expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention.
- Experience in compliance leadership and operations within a financial or crypto context.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, technology, and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of client asset protection and complaints handling.
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus for hybrid work.
