Location: London office, with mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work available for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Write production-grade code for the AI platform (June) and upcoming Web3 products.
• Utilize AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) to accelerate your workflow and enhance output.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, transforming vague problem statements into working MVPs.
• Contribute across the full stack, from frontend UI to backend logic and on-chain interactions.
• Conduct research and implement new LLM capabilities and blockchain standards.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a similar quantitative/technical discipline from a top university.
• Demonstrate high agency, self-sufficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Be AI native, familiar with prompting strategies and current LLM landscape for efficient coding and learning.
• Possess a builder mindset, evidenced by side projects, hackathon wins, or active GitHub contributions.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (TypeScript, Solidity, Java/Kotlin) and willingness to master others.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology; bonus points for smart contract experience or DeFi interaction.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
