What you will do

• Manage programs from definition through silicon design, system integration, to mass production.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive execution and success.
• Collaborate with operations and validation teams to qualify and validate silicon devices.
• Work with marketing and customers to refine roadmaps and validation plans.
• Ensure problems are effectively escalated and managed.
• Monitor project performance, timeline, budget, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field; MSc/MA preferred.
• 15+ years in RnD development and management roles.
• 7+ years in an advanced management role, with preference for program management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in HW/VLSI activities management.
