What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy: acquisition → store conversion → in-game behavior → retention → monetization.
• Take ownership of App Store & Google Play presence (icons, screenshots, videos, descriptions).
• Own UA strategy across all major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, etc.).
• Analyze in-game data (retention, engagement, monetization, feature usage).
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to shape concepts, hooks, and testing plans.
• Identify and plan organic growth opportunities (social media, community, content, ASO).
