Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia. Working hours: 12:00 Noon - 8:00 PM (CET).

What you will do
- Manage and optimize SuccessFactors modules including performance, goal planning, succession, continuous feedback, and reporting.
- Administer and support LMS platform to ensure seamless learning experiences.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel and MS Office to support talent management initiatives.
- Support the implementation of integrated talent management processes and create end-user documentation.
- Validate that talent processes are executed as expected and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
- Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions on talent processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience working with talent and learning systems, particularly SuccessFactors and LMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of talent management processes and experience supporting their execution.
- Proficient in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication style, comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones in a global environment.
