TL;DR

Talent Management Specialist: Supporting and optimizing talent and learning systems, with an accent on SuccessFactors modules and reporting insights. Focus on managing HR platforms, generating data-driven reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia. Working hours: 12:00 Noon - 8:00 PM (CET).

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize SuccessFactors modules including performance, goal planning, succession, continuous feedback, and reporting.
  • Administer and support LMS platform to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel and MS Office to support talent management initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of integrated talent management processes and create end-user documentation.
  • Validate that talent processes are executed as expected and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions on talent processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with talent and learning systems, particularly SuccessFactors and LMS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of talent management processes and experience supporting their execution.
  • Proficient in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication style, comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones in a global environment.
