What you will do
- Maintain, update, and optimize the hirify.global Knowledgebase to ensure content accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical writers, and product owners to standardize product knowledge documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability, structure, and user experience.
- Monitor analytics and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
- Ensure the Knowledgebase follows KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) best practices.
- Support new releases by coordinating documentation updates and content audits, and advocate for a knowledge-centered approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology.
- 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of knowledge platforms, architecture, and content governance.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and structure.
- Experience collaborating across departments to manage complex content lifecycles.
