Salary: 96,000–144,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the hirify.global Knowledgebase to ensure content accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical writers, and product owners to standardize product knowledge documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability, structure, and user experience.
  • Monitor analytics and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  • Ensure the Knowledgebase follows KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) best practices.
  • Support new releases by coordinating documentation updates and content audits, and advocate for a knowledge-centered approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology.
  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge platforms, architecture, and content governance.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and structure.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to manage complex content lifecycles.
