TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing end-to-end AI products and microservices with an accent on integrating in-house and third-party AI models into scalable systems. Focus on defining architecture, selecting technologies, and owning the full development lifecycle from MVPs to large-scale production.

Location: Remote within Europe or hybrid in Munich, Berlin, or Sofia (Bulgaria). Two weeks of "Workation" per year within the EU (for EU passport holders).

What you will do

• Develop and productionize AI microservices, integrating in-house and third-party AI models into scalable and robust services.
• Exercise creative freedom to propose ideas, define architecture, select technologies, and shape development processes.
• Take end-to-end ownership from creating MVPs to deploying and maintaining large-scale production systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI specialists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience writing production backend code in Python or TypeScript and frontend code in TypeScript (e.g., React, Vue).
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ideally Linux systems.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and easy-to-understand code while being pragmatic to ship features efficiently.
• Embrace a “you build it you run it” attitude, with experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning high-level requirements into actionable tasks and collaborating actively across departments.
