What you will do

• Guide a user-centered design process in agile environments.
• Conduct UX research methods such as stakeholder interviews, user journeys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user interface concepts.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically appealing graphical user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Contribute to accessibility standards (WCAG) and support design workshops and sprints.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience in UI/UX design or frontend development.
• Proven experience crafting user interfaces for B2B applications and/or Enterprise Solutions Software.
• Degree in Computer Science, Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field.
• Highly skilled in Figma (alternatively Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools) for wireframing and prototyping.
• Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
