What you will do

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track pipeline, revenues, adoption, and product performance.
• Analyze ETF flows, liquidity, and market structure trends to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor competitive and regulatory developments and translate them into recommendations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ETF market structure initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Technology.
• Prioritize features with the Product Owner and IT, validating readiness and business value.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or demanding business analysis/strategy position in a trading or market infrastructure business.
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives from design to delivery.
• Proven experience or genuine interest in ETF markets and market structure.
• Proven track record of building dashboards and delivering data-driven insights.
• Fluent English required.
