What you will do

• Prepare and manage employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding plans and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Guide employees through offboarding procedures and prepare termination documents.
• Conduct HR interviews, issue job offers, and manage employment agreements.
• Support employer branding and external HR initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive and professional employee experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian labour law.
• Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluency in Latvian and English.
