What you will do

• Oversee regional payroll management for Latvia and Estonia, with support for Spain, UK, and Poland.
• Collect and organize payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports and handle internal/external audits.
• Manage employee inquiries on payroll, taxes, and social security.
• Process off-cycle payments, bonuses, corrections, and termination settlements.
• Collaborate with vendors, advisors, and participate in HR process improvements.

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years hands-on payroll experience in Latvia and Estonia; experience in Spain, UK, or Poland advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting principles.
• Excellent Latvian (written/verbal) and very high level English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office; Microsoft Dynamics/HRIS preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, workload management, and team collaboration skills.
