What you will do

• Build and maintain the hirify.global Android SDK.
• Deliver features end-to-end, from implementation to release.
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable Android code.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate implementation, improve reliability, and debug issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Improve development workflows, CI, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills and understanding of Android fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Gradle and modern Android architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI).
• Experience writing unit tests and working in a CI-driven environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hilt or Dagger.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles.
• Experience building or maintaining Android libraries or SDKs.
• Exposure to Flutter or React Native.
