What you will do

• Take technical ownership of the team’s codebase and production systems, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Lead the design and development of high-quality mobile solutions, focusing on architecture and best practices.
• Shape the architecture of the mobile application and its integrations with backend and platform services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, frontend, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of ownership.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and drive initiatives that improve system quality.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Kotlin, including coroutines, networking, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modular UI architectures.
• Excellent understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, DI) and modular codebases.
• Ability to manage risks and propose efficient solutions.
• Experience with design for testability and automated tests.
• Strong ability to design for reliability, scalability, and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend-driven UI.
• Experience with data and/or multimedia.
• Hands-on experience with OWASP mobile security best practices.
• Experience implementing methodologies that support fast iteration and high dev productivity.
