What you will do

• Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies balancing technical health and content production.
• Automate manual workflows and improve data analysis speed using AI and LLMs.
• Connect SEO performance to commercial business goals using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and GA4.
• Guide clients through the shift toward "Answer Engines" by adapting strategies for Generative AI (GEO).
• Mentor younger colleagues and assist in developing sales proposals, presenting commercial ROI to C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate SEO into the broader marketing mix.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in both Technical SEO and Content Strategy, ideally from an agency.
• Proven experience managing large-scale content operations and identifying growth opportunities through process optimisation or automation.
• Experience connecting SEO data to business goals using tools such as Looker Studio and advanced GA4 analysis.
• Ability to leverage AI (LLMs) to streamline workflows, analyze data, and structure content.
• Effective communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Professional level fluency in Finnish and English (both written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with common SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
