Location: Hybrid, based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich, with 2+ days onsite each week.

What you will do

• Design workflows and operating systems to connect people, technology, and goals.
• Build and evolve governance routines, forums, and strategic planning cycles.
• Support teams in setting, cascading, and tracking strategic goals.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, run diagnostics, and lead hands-on interventions.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to optimize and automate repetitive workflows.
• Maintain clear internal documentation, structured communications, and knowledge-sharing flows.

Requirements

• Experience mapping and redesigning workflows, rituals, or operating cadences.
• Knowledge of org design models (e.g., Team Topologies, RACI, RAPID) and goal systems (e.g., OKRs).
• Experience implementing structured execution frameworks and project/program management tools.
• Ability to define and track key metrics for execution health and process maturity.
• Interest and ability to prototype or integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Experience driving organizational change across functions through systems.
